- Providing tenancy sustainment advice and independent living skills
Duties:
- Overseeing a case load of 30 clients with varying support needs
- Organizing appointments with each client
- Writing reports using clear communication
- Assisting clients with budgeting and financial advice
- Maintaining tenancy and financial responsibilities
- Providing emotional support
- Empowering clients to take up hobbies and more
- Promoting independence and teaching life skills
