Our Purpose

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to providing exceptional service to our employees and customers. As part of our People and Culture team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR, Recruitment, payroll, and pension processes.

Your Role

As a People Pay and Pensions Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing workload allocation, coordinating, and developing processes, and delivering outstanding customer support. Your attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and commitment to confidentiality will contribute to our team's success.

About You

You will be effective at task management supporting customers through various stages of their employee lifecycle. As part of this role, you will be committed to continuous improvement and innovation as well as supporting colleagues with training and guidance as required.

In your capacity as advisor, you will be the first point of contact across the people pay and pensions team and ensure any activities carried out are done so to the highest standards. You will take a lead in maintaining our HR systems so they are accurate and secure and you will regularly participate in cross service project collaboration.

Start date: In line with our Day One: NEL Induction Process', we would like to aim to have the successful candidate in post by August 2024
