The Pont de Claix site is home to the world headquarters of the Pharmaceutical Systems unit, one of the six production sites worldwide (France, UK, Singapore, Japan, US, Mexico) and the French market for the other BD group units.

DEPARTMENT

Reporting to the WW Supply Network Planning manager, the Flow coordinator is responsible for ensuring short term execution in close collaboration with corresponding Supply Network Planners, Logistics and Customer Service.

MISSIONS

This role covers several missions:

Manage delivery creation of interco orders from Europe to other regions (GAR / US / LATAM) :

  • Making sure that Stock Transfer Orders were reviewed by the planner
  • Creating deliveries to the other regions
  • Communicating on a weekly basis with each region
  • KPIs : STOs in the past with no delivery created

Ensure high level of performance for our customer :

  • Preparation of Delivery Schedule with Customer Service on a weekly basis
  • KPIs : OTIF

Monitor short term execution of orders in close collaboration with customer service and linked to the current improvement project with Customer Service and Distribution :

  • Monitor accuracy of short-term supply elements (release dates, receipts)
  • Support customer service in fixing issues when creating deliveries (manual BOP)
  • Define receipt priorities in our distribution centers with distribution
  • KPIs: supply elements in the past (release date, receipt date)

Monitor 0-30 Days

  • Check availability of batch in time for the month / Quarter according to the revenue monitoring
  • Optimise the committed date for Import parts from US and Mexico (Due to transport change at the last minute) to give the best visibility for the Customer service
  • Check with PDC the variability and gap between the release date / committed date
  • Check the stock availability with the committed date and request date. Then alert the customer service of the possibility to ship earlier.
  • Planner support for short term issue / update date in the past without stock

PROFIL

Profil : you prepare a Master in supply chain Bac +5. Ideally for 2 years. English is mandatory.
