This is a great role for a hard working, resillient administrator who will be responsible for daily operations administration duties, whilst also communicating with customers. You will also be required to support other departments where necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the sales manager supporting with all administration duties
  • Helping maintaining client records
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Working closely with sales team
  • Ad hoc work to support Head of Operations and business.
  • Be involved with and support daily tasks within your department

This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of duties. The need for flexibility is required and the job holder is expected to carry out any other related duties that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

For this role you must be very organised with good time keeping and stromg administrative skills.
