Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Asset Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records, and implement procedures for asset allocation and disposal.

  • Procurement: Process purchase orders, receive goods and services, and manage payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Provide administrative support for meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made and that events run smoothly.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that supplier performance is regularly evaluated.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including covering reception duties as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Line Manager, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement.

Person Specification:

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Cultural Awareness: A strong understanding of international business culture and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
