IRC SENIOR RISK ANALYST

At Eni, we are on the lookout for a Senior Risk Analyst within the team at ETB based in London.

This role involves handling the preparation and review of daily Profit and Loss (PNL) and risk reports, as well as ensuring any issues are promptly addressed with the relevant teams.

About ETB

Eni is a prominent integrated energy company engaged in exploration, production, transportation, and marketing of oil and natural gas. As of April 2022, Eni boasts a market capitalisation of €51 billion and generates over €75 billion in turnover. It stands out not only as a top-tier international upstream company but also as Europe's largest natural gas entity.

Aligned with Eni's overarching strategy concerning the global energy transition, Eni Trade & Biofuels SpA (ETB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eni SpA since January 1, 2021, exclusively oversees the international trading of crude oil, petroleum products, biofuels, and related financial derivatives for the Eni group.

ETB's scope includes marketing Eni's oil equity productions, sourcing hydrocarbon and bio feedstock, and marketing the outputs of its traditional and green refineries, as well as its petrochemical arm, Versalis.

In addition, ETB handles the sourcing and oversight of maritime transportation and logistics services, along with providing oil risk management services, both internally and on behalf of the entire Eni group, by engaging in commodity derivatives trading on regulated and over-the-counter markets.

ETB's close integration with Eni's broader business units ensures a comprehensive, global approach, further bolstered by Eni's extensive network of global assets and relationships.

ETB has a presence in the UK, Italy, Singapore, and through a subsidiary in Houston, USA.

As a member of the finance department at ETB, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and reviewing daily PNL and risk reports, and addressing any related issues with relevant teams;

  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members while encouraging knowledge sharing across teams.
This role is ideal for individuals possessing the following skills and requirements:
