Job Summary:

AustralianSuper is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our dynamic London team. As a key member of our Operational Risk Investments team, you will play a critical role in managing and reporting on risk profiles, reviewing and advising on Business Risk & Controls, and conducting control testing and in-depth analyses to identify and address control weaknesses.

About the Role:

  • Manage and report on risk profiles to ensure robust and effective risk management processes
  • Review and advise on Business Risk & Controls in key projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Conduct control testing and in-depth analyses to identify and address control weaknesses
  • Oversee the implementation of our risk framework to ensure operational excellence

About You:

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in risk management within large institutional investment businesses, custodians, or pension funds. You will have a strong grasp of financial instruments and experience in equity markets would be well regarded. Additionally, experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and a solid understanding of institutional investment strategies, financial markets, and pooled investment structures would be an asset.
