A day in the life of...
As Nights Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the night. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time. You will be responsible for keeping the business safe overnight, completing night audit processes, cleaning & preparing for the next business day & setting up breakfast
Based in the Staybridge Suites Birmingham you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that working as a team brings on the best results
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.You will need to enjoy working night shifts, have a passion for customer service & be keen to learn & to work together with your team mates to ensure all the tasks get done by the end of the shift.
