Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Assistant to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our Reception and Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and providing a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Ensure all Porters carry out their duties to departmental standards on a day-to-day basis.
  • Store left luggage securely and assist guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms as required.
  • Address guest queries and enquiries promptly and efficiently, providing courteous and helpful assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date with all facilities and services offered within the hotel and surrounding area.
