Guest Services Manager

We're on an exciting journey, with 32 exceptional properties across iconic European cities. We're looking for a skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As a Guest Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. You'll welcome guests, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide a friendly and professional service
  • Monitor and action feedback from guests, surveys, and online reviews
  • Supervise department employees to maintain high standards of service
  • Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Deputize for the Front Office Manager as needed
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous management experience of at least 2 years in a similar property
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
  • A passion for customer service and a self-motivated attitude
  • The ability to motivate and support a team to deliver world-class results
