Hotel Guest Services Manager

We're on an exciting journey, with 32 exceptional properties across iconic European cities. We're looking for a skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Guest Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. You'll welcome guests, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests and provide a friendly and professional service
- Monitor and action feedback from guests, surveys, and online reviews
- Supervise department employees to maintain high standards of service
- Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure guest satisfaction
- Deputize for the Front Office Manager as needed
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous management experience of at least 2 years in a similar property
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
- A passion for customer service and a self-motivated attitude
- The ability to motivate and support a team to deliver world-class results
