About the Role

As a Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to ensure smooth shifts and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Based in the Staybridge Suites Birmingham, you will be part of a passionate team that values collaboration and teamwork. Our 179-suite aparthotel offers a 'home away from home' experience for guests, many of whom stay with us for extended periods.

We aim to provide a break from the travel norm, where guests can live their best lives while away from home. You will play a crucial role in delivering our brand's sense of community and exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For
