They are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Enabling Support Worker to join their dedicated team.

The Role

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and other conditions.

Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support.

Implement and follow personalised care plans and support strategies.

Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.

Promote independence and encourage individuals to engage in community activities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.

Support individuals in managing challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in complex care.

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Strong understanding of person-centred care and co-production principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
