What You'll Do
As a Resourcer/Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants and ensuring the smooth operation of our office
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
Database Management:
Maintain and update our candidate and client databases with meticulous accuracy.
Administrative Support:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including, resourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing communications, and preparing documents.
Employment Checks:
Carrying out reference checks, compliance processes and background verification's for potential hires
Supporting Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure seamless recruitment processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment, administration, sales or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
Skills:
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
Attributes:
A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
