The Opportunity
An exciting Administration Officer role has become available within Cambria's Operational Support Team. We would like to hear from applicants who have experience of working in a busy office environment and are proficient in the use Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamics.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to respond to telephone and email enquiries.
In the role you will assist and support colleagues in the administration of all aspects of delivering housing repairs, servicing, general maintenance and improvements.

Job Purpose:
- Provide the initial point of contact for the company including telephone contact and office reception, processing queries in a prompt and professional manner.
- To assist in the management of Cambria's work allocation using Cambria and Client IT systems and procedures.
- To carry out accurate and efficient administrative, clerical and keyboard services including filing and the maintenance of electronic records.
- To assist and facilitate the purchasing of and payment for goods and services as authorised by Cambria.
- To provide analysis of materials used and re-orders for consignment stocking arrangements.
- To assist in the analysis of demand for repair or other services and, as far as possible, match the level of resource to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
- To schedule/reschedule service and repair appointments to match resource, appointment demand and service delivery.
- To assist in the resolution of queries where necessary from suppliers regarding the payment of invoices, timing of payment and reconciling payments with ledger information
