Key responsibilities:

  • Setting up the kitchen on a daily basis and ensuring all prep is done pre service.
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests.
  • Share your food knowledge with guests to assist in their choices.
  • Handle payment transactions.
  • Manage stock efficiently to reduce wastage and report shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in your area.
  • Adhere to daily cleaning schedules.
  • Uphold high standards in appearance, uniform, punctuality, and conduct.
  • Safely store and rotate deliveries (FIFO)..
  • Prepare salads as required, etc.
