Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixology Expert to join our dynamic bar team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Serve: Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar, and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine selections.
  • Collaborate with Team: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth workflow, handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and professionalism, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to guest feedback and concerns, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Mixology Expert in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
