This leading fire protection company works with a diverse range of residential and commercial clients, delivering comprehensive solutions to ensure new builds and refurbishments meet fire safety regulations. Their services include the installation of fire doors, fire stopping, and conducting risk-reduction surveys. With ambitious growth plans to become the UK's largest fire protection company, they are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join their team and support their expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor, who is passionate about joining a growing business, hungry to progress and motivated to provide expertise to assist a company grow.

Working closely with the commercial Director, you will be involved on projects from inception to completion, undertaking activities including but not limited to; Measuring jobs, Producing a Bill of Quantities, procurement of labour and material costs, Sub contractor management, CVR's reviews through to final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have some Quantity Surveying experience, ideally working on fire protection projects, who is looking to join an ambitious company and work on inspiring projects.

The Role:

  • Commercial Manager
  • Working on Fire Protection Projects
  • Office based in Nottingham with regional Site travel
  • Producing competitive tenders for potential projects and overseeing cost control for projects won
  • Working with diverse clientele offering a quality service

The Person:

  • Commercial Management experience within construction
  • Ideally some experience working on fire protection projects
  • Personable - good at building and maintaining client relationships
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Looking for progression
