About the Role

Kerridge Commercial Systems Corp is a leading provider of trading and financial software solutions for the distribution, wholesale, and retail industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success strategies across various support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Director to develop and implement customer success outcomes.
  • Work with the Global Customer Success Director to foster a culture of customer delight.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Identify key performance metrics to measure customer technical health and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement and manage service improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to motivate diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to grasp long-term goals with each client.
  • Strong face-to-face, telephone, and email communication skills.
