About the Role

This pivotal role is responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer needs while maximizing sales and minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical prowess and market insight to drive our department's success.

You will also be responsible for:

Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock. Collaboration: Work closely with the buying, merchandising, and sales teams to align demand planning with business goals. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor sales trends, inventory turnover, and product performance. Supplier Coordination: Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and efficient inventory management. Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators for senior management. Leadership: Create an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel engaged and set up to do their best work with a focus on celebrating success and addressing challenges. About You

You will have excellent numerical and analytical skills, as well as being proficient in PC literacy, including Word, Excel, and SAP. You will also possess a strong customer service focus, adept at managing relationships with both internal and external parties. Additionally, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

You'll also have:
