Job Opportunity: Customer Demand Planning Manager

Are you ready to take on the role of Customer Demand Planning Manager at a leading food company? Join us in shaping the future of our supply chain operations with your expertise and leadership. We are looking for a skilled individual to lead our Customer Demand Planning team, ensuring exceptional customer service and waste reduction through accurate forecasting and collaboration with customers and 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of five to enhance customer service and minimize waste.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio by serving as the primary Supply Chain contact for various customers, handling forecasting, promotions, seasonal events, and stock management.
  • Represent Customer Demand Planning both internally and externally, fostering alignment and transparent communication at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to devise and implement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Showcase robust leadership and business acumen in a collaborative work setting.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing fast-moving food and/or beverage products.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for team management and motivation.
  • Exceptional business acumen and strategic mindset, ideally within the retail grocery sector.
  • Proven track record in demand planning and supply chain management.

Position Details:

  • Location: Surrey
  • Work Schedule: 3 days per week on-site
