Job Overview

Elite Associates is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our team and support the growth of a luxury beauty and fragrance company.

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading and managing demand planning operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality in the process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models and processes to accurately predict customer demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather data and insights for demand forecasting.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience with production planning and liaison with production planning teams.
