Job Description

Elite Associates is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our collaborative team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading and managing demand planning operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality in the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust line-level 12-month rolling forecast for all SKUs, aligned with the company's target, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights for demand forecasting.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement.

Please note that production planning or liaising frequently with a production planning team and purchasing team is a must for this role.
