About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to lead a dispersed Supply Chain team focusing on our European and ANZ markets. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Demand Forecasting Models
    • Design and implement data-driven forecasting models to predict future sales trends and patterns.
  • Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends
    • Examine sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimize demand planning processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the Development and Maintenance of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the S&OP process to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Manage the Demand Planning Team
    • Lead and manage the Demand Planning team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with Key Stakeholders
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Regular Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on demand planning performance metrics and business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proven Track Record of Developing and Implementing Effective Demand Planning Strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills with Experience Working with Data Visualization Tools
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills with Experience Managing Teams or Leading Projects
  • Experience with S&OP Process and Microsoft Excel
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management or Demand Planning
  • Experience Working in a Fast-Paced Consumer Technology Company with Multiple Product Lines
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems, ERP Systems, and Demand Planning Tools
