Elite Associates: Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our collaborative team at a growing luxury beauty & fragrance group.

Job Summary:

The Demand Planning Manager will lead and manage demand planning operations, improving efficiency and ensuring quality in the process. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing demand forecasting models and processes, collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, and analyzing historical sales data and market trends to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand forecasting models and processes to accurately predict customer demand.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights for demand forecasting.
  • Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
  • Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting within the retail industry.
