Job Title: Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to lead our Supply Chain team in Europe and ANZ markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to ensure accurate predictions of future sales trends and patterns.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimize demand planning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop and implement demand planning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Manage the Demand Planning team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on demand planning performance metrics and business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective demand planning strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or leading projects.
  • Experience with S&OP process and Microsoft Excel.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. APICS) or Demand Planning (e.g. CPIM).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced consumer technology company with multiple product lines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and demand planning tools (e.g. Kinaxis).
