WW Demand Planning Manager, Amazon Shipping

ROLE SUMMARY

Amazon Operations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our expanding team. The Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for owning the medium-long term demand plans for our US business and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to achieve leadership sign-off. The team is responsible for driving strategic decision making and process optimization across the UK and international marketplaces through three pillars: i) Demand Planning, ii) Sales Operations, iii) Business Analytics.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting Amazon Operation's medium and long-term strategic planning discussions (6 months to 5-year time horizon)
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Network Planning teams to establish a consolidated demand plan in-line with our business planning cycles.
• Advising on the demand impact of new initiatives/products
• Supporting the business case for expansion into new areas where we have minimal historical data.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
