The Global Demand Planning & Forecasting team are work for leading and implementing the standardised planning process across all regions. They have a global view of stock and forecasting, creating a global framework of demand planning and forecasts across our business.
As Regional Head of Demand Planning, you'll work across all GNFR, Frames, Audiology, Contact Lens and Ophthalmic Lens product streams to manage, develop, and implement processes for planning and ordering against the global framework within your region.
You'll demonstrate experience in demand planning and forecasting within a large, complex global organisation, as well as having a high level of commercial and financial understanding. Your ability to build strong, trusting relationships and networks globally, across different cultures both internally and externally is what will set you apart.
Additionally, you'll bring exceptional communication and influencing skills, allowing you to tell insightful stories with data. Strong leadership abilities will enable you to create an inclusive and psychologically safe working environment where people can excel.
