Elite Associates is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to support the luxury beauty & fragrance group in their collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage demand planning operations, improving efficiency and ensuring quality in the process.
- Create and implement a robust line-level 12-month rolling forecast for all SKUs aligned with the company's target, working closely with cross-functional teams – Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights for demand forecasting.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
- Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting within the retail industry.
- Production planning or liaising frequently with a Production Planning team and purchasing team is a must for this role.
