Your Role:
Provide top-notch liaison and administrative support.
Communicate with clients via phone and email to address queries.
Assist client managers and support the onboarding of new clients.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Maintain and manage client reports efficiently.
Promote continuous improvement of processes.
About You:
Confident in understanding and meeting client requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
