Compensation:
£35,000-£40,000 + Vehicle Allowance, + Regional Profit Sharing Bonus Scheme
Working Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Account Management.

Your role will primarily involve managing and expanding existing client accounts while also exploring new business opportunities.

You will oversee approximately 80 client accounts, in addition to supporting national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the generation of profitable sales and meet designated sales/profit targets.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Enhance sales by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention to each client, negotiating optimal sales terms.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure account management aligns with client expectations.
  • Assist the Head of Account Management, Sales Director, and Customer Support Unit.

It is essential to possess a solid understanding of product promotion and customer management, ideally with experience in selling janitorial products to Facility Management professionals.

You should be capable of negotiating trading terms in accordance with company policies.
