Description
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across regional sites
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Train and mentor staff on CI methodologies
- Monitor and report on CI projects, ensuring they deliver the expected benefits
- Work with management and staff to embed a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
- Drive innovation in service delivery
Profile
A successful Regional CI Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business or Engineering
- Proven experience in a similar CI role within the transport and distribution industry
- Inventory/ stock optimisation experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in project management and delivery
