Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West Midlands, Cheshire, and Shropshire areas.

The Role:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including account management and customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and other sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to introduce products and services to clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports and customer data.
