Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the West Midlands / Cheshire / Shropshire area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to win new clients and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

  • Competitive basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE.
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+).
