The role
Student Services aims to provide a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a new Senior Adviser to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable with great people skills. You will already have experience of a customer-facing role and be committed to supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds.
You should apply if
- You are passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- You have excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities.
- You are able to take a leading role in a variety of situations, from being point of escalation for complex enquiries, to working on projects to implement new services or improve existing processes
- You have strong communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of different stakeholders.
