About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Caretaker to join our team at Student Roost. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and well-being of our residents by ensuring that our properties are clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of fixtures and fittings.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure that our properties are safe and secure.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from residents and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with our property teams to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our properties and their systems.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or property-related role.
