Specialist Finance Broker

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Finance Broker to join our team at Adviser Selection. As a Specialist Finance Broker, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing bridging loans and development finance for our clients.
About the Role:
- Source and secure bridging loans and development finance for our clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bridging loans and development finance market

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in specialist finance, including bridging loans and development finance
- CEMAP qualification and CAS status
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and securing bridging loans and development finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
