Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage invoice processing, including verifying, logging, and mailing.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Process employee expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Support the payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
- Assist with budget preparation and audits.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records securely.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Experience using financial software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
