Superior Healthcare - Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and managing finances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 - £16.00, with opportunities for overtime.
  • A fixed rota with the option to work additional shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
