About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Dover. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Our supported living service in Dover is a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to teach new life skills, assist with personal care, promote independence, and encourage socialization and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage socialization and community engagement
  • Monitor and report on individual progress and well-being
