We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Dover. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.
Our service is a welcoming and friendly environment, and no two days will be the same. You will be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialise, and engage in activities
- Teach new life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances
- Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license
