About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Finance Business Partner to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our Business Finance Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Senior Finance Business Partners in providing insightful financial data to our Factory Management and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partners in translating complex financial data into actionable business insights
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to stay up-to-date with the latest operational activity and priorities
  • Work closely with business teams to gather data for profit improvement initiatives and track progress against defined financial targets
  • Review and analyze P&L and Tracker information to highlight trends and forecast future performance
  • Deliver feedback to the Business FP&A Team on forecast data templates and supporting analysis
  • Provide Cost Centre Managers with information and analysis to aid preparation of overhead forecast plans
  • Support standard cost reset activities and perform deep dives into data to support complex pricing decisions
  • Contribute to the end-to-end costings process and ensure adherence to agreed financial processes and controls
  • Assist with preparation of capital invoice additions forecast and capital cash forecast
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and effectively communicate escalations
  • Collaborate with peers from the Business FP&A Team and Finance Shared Services to harmonize ways of working and drive process improvements
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong understanding of accounting concepts and/or currently undergoing professional accounting qualification training (AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, MS Office proficiency, effective time management, diligence, and the ability to engage/build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
