Interim Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Reed Accountancy & Finance is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to join our client's team in Dover. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to our client's financial strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to review financial performance and align financial strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and performance tracking.
  • Engage with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Implement financial best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and business cases to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
