About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Finance Business Partner to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our Business Finance Team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

As an Associate Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with our Senior Finance Business Partners to provide financial data and analysis to support business initiatives and drive site profitability. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including Factory Management and Operations teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partners in providing financial data and analysis to support business initiatives and drive site profitability.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Factory Management and Operations teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial processes and controls to ensure compliance with Group standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial analysis. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field would be highly desirable. You will also have a strong understanding of business intelligence tools and be proficient in MS Office.
