Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an Events Executive to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office, in the Barbican area. Our client is looking for someone to come and in become an important part of their events function, with prior law firm/professional services experience being essential.
The general duties of the position include:
Execute and deliver the UK events programme, collaborating with the manager on end-to-end management from planning through to execution and post event analysis.Create engaging event-related marketing materials.Ensure events are targeted with clear sales messages.Produce reports and statistics on key London event activity to measure the ROI.Coach Marketing and BD colleagues in event management and delivery, ensuring all events are aligned with the firm's overall values and objectives.Provide general assistance to the BD team in relation to events.
