London, Greater London, United Kingdom Faith in Kids Full time

Faith in Kids has been going through an exciting season of change, development and growth. Strategically we seek to go wider and further, to reach new audiences. We also want to do that in a digitally accessible way. This is a newly created role to bring expertise in the digital field into Faith in Kids, to establish best practice and help shape and guide our future direction in this space. This role will consider our other strategic objectives, draw on their digital experience and help us to innovate.

Whilst this role reports into the Communications Director, the remit of this role is across the organisation and will require working in a matrix structure. Aspects of this role will be informed by the Ministry Director and the Written Resources Team Manager, to ensure our outputs are coherent and aligned with the broader ministry plans. This role will also work closely with our Creative Lead and our network of creative freelancers.

Whilst this role is strategic in nature, there is also a strong focus on the execution of our digital projects - the first of which will be managing the rebuild and redesign of our website with an external partner. Strong project management skills will be vital. The role will also help shape strategy and delivery across search, our social media channels, video and our podcast streams. We are looking for an individual with a breadth of skills to manage projects in house as well as working with specialist partners for appropriate projects.
