We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join and further reinforce our strong and dedicated Customer Services team. We are committed to delivering a first-class service, across multiple access channels and IT systems.

What you will bring to the role is a passion for supporting and understanding the customer's needs in order to handle their enquiry, at the first point of contact, across multiple services, or signposting to a service expert. The role is primarily either over the telephone and or face-to-face.

This role requires you to possess excellent Customer Service and computer skills. This also includes the ability to adapt your communication styles, according to your customer's needs, both written and verbally.

It is a fast paced and changing environment and will require you to be flexible and a conscientious team member.
