About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Central Claims team in Doncaster. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers, ensuring accurate administration of customer files and building genuine rapport.
  • Handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve team and individual goals, deploying claims based on geographical areas and meeting targets.

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A professional telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively via email.
