About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Food and Beverage Server at Greene King. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience.
  • Know the menu inside out and offer personalized recommendations to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Greet, serve food, and attend to the needs of our customers while they dine with us, ensuring that their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to the highest standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the front of house, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
