Your Role as an Installer:
In this pivotal year, as an Installer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces.
Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance to enhance their experience with us.

An ability to communicate effectively with customers in a professional, customer focused manner, over the telephone, in writing and face to face - particularly the customer groups associated with the service provided
The ability to remain calm and objective in any situation presented
Initiative to work alone and be self motivating
Willingness to learn about or previous experience of Social alarm services
An understanding of Social Alarm equipment or willingness to learn/ train
Previous experience of working with or willingness to learn about working with vulnerable people in a customer service environment - i.e.
The ability process and record information accurately during installations and on the computer system provided
