About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garden Design and Installation Manager to join our team at Hooray Recruitment. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the Landscaping teams and liaising with a wide range of clients, including local authorities, private housing developers, and education providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling initial enquiries, arranging and attending client site visits/surveys
  • Managing projects to ensure they stay on budget and are completed within the allotted timeframe
  • Ensuring clients remain fully updated throughout the project
  • Overseeing the recruitment and development of your team
  • Supporting the directors to grow the department and wider business
Requirements
  • Horticultural knowledge at degree or equivalent level is desirable
  • Prior experience of carrying out a similar role
  • First-class communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other third-party stakeholders/contractors
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
  • The desire and ability to help grow the division and wider business through proactive business development and networking
